Returning Families Registration Begins April 15th, 2008
We will be taking registrations for only returning families at the Administration Desk of the Student Recreation Complex starting at 7:00 a.m. on April 15th.
New Families Registration Begins April 16th, 2008
All other registrations will be taken at the Administration Desk of the Student Recreation Complex, starting at 7am on April 16th.
Registration Hours
Monday -Thursday 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. & Friday 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
All registration materials must be complete before a camper can be registered for any session. No birth certificate needed. If a session is filled, your child may be placed on a waiting list, but must have a completed registration form on file. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list. Registration continues until a camp session is full or begins.

General Information
* Campers must be ages 5 (and having completed kindergarten)-11 years of age.
* Parent(s) or Guardian(s) need to provide a lunch for their children.
* A mid-morning and afternoon snack will be provided (children with special diets need to provide their own snack).
* Campers need to bring appropriate attire for swimming and sporting activities, including sunscreen and tennis shoes.
* Campers are divided into groups according to age and participate in age appropriate activities.
* Enrollment is limited to ninety (90) children. Each session is on a first come first serve basis. To reserve a spot, please pay the deposit or full payment for each session.
* Sessions 1 and 6 are shortened due to Memorial Day and the 4th of July holiday. Camp will start on Tuesday, May 27th for Session 1 and camp will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th in Session 6.
* CAMP TIMES: A weekly information newsletter available for the parents and campers each week. The newsletter will cover Quest Programs, Days for Dress-Up, Friday Fun-Days, and pertinent information needed for each parent/guardian for that week.
* A Parent Guide is available for each family on the day of Registration. This Guide will help answer any and all questions you might have about parking, what to bring to camp, policies, and important phone numbers.
Camp Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, *Camp Programming Hours are from 9:00am-4:00pm
Camper Drop Off:
(7:30am-9:00am) South end of the SRC. Parent/Guardian must sign in each child they drop off.
Camper Pick Up:
(4:00-5:30pm) Campers must be picked up and signed out by a parent or authorized person by 5:30pm. All parents/guardians who do not pick up their child(ren) by 5:30pm will be charged $2 per minute that they are late.
Camp Fees

Camp fees are per session per child. Cash, check, or VISA may be used (no payroll deduction).
SRC Member: $120 ($25 deposit included)
Non SRC Member: $140 ($25 deposit included)
Session 1 and 6 (4 days of camp)
SRC Member: $96 ($25 deposit included)
Non SRC Member: $112 ($25 deposit included)
*A deposit of $25 per child is required for each session that a camper has signed up for. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due the Friday prior to the start of each upcoming session. A $10 late fee will be assessed if payment is NOT made the Friday before the next session. Balance for your child(ren)'s very first week of camp is due on the first day at camp.

• Payment required in full at time of registration. No deposit required. Cash, Check, or VISA accepted. Payments are NOT transferable to any other session .
*Any Faculty/Staff member of ASU may join the SRC for $50. Non Faculty/Staff Memberships may be established by joining the ASU Alumni Association for $70 plus SRC Alumni membership fee. You need not be an ASU alumnus to join. For more information, please call the ASU Alumni Association (480) 965-2586.

* All student employees go through an extensive interview process, and extensive training which entails safety responsibilities, human relations and interpersonal skills with children.

Refunds
* Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* All refund requests must be received by 8:30am on the third date of the camp session.
* Upon approval by the Kids Camp Coordinator, participants may receive a 75% refund of the unused days for the camp session. Please remember that this excludes the $25 deposit.
* If Sun Devil Kids Camp cancels a session, a full refund or transfer will be issued.
* Camp fees paid by credit card will be credited immediately upon approval by Sun Devil Kids Camp. Purchases made by check or cash will be refunded by voucher within one week after approval by Sun Devil Kids Camp. Refunds will be made only to the original payee or credit card holder.
Absences
* Refunds are not available for vacations, special events, short-term illnesses of four days or fewer, or other personal commitments that prevent attendance.
* Extended Illnesses - A refund may be available for an extended illness of five or more consecutive program days. A doctor's note and written note from the parent or guardian explaining the situation must be received within eight working days from the first day of absence. Upon review, participants may receive a prorated refund for the unused days.
Camper Dismissal
There are times when the camp must dismiss a child due to psychological or emotional problems that precludes the child from participating safely or effectively in a group. Dismissal will take effect only after consultation among the parents, camper, and camp director. Dismissal for the aforementioned reasons will result in a complete refund for the unused days.
On occasion, dismissal may be necessary for disciplinary reasons. This action will take effect only after consultation among the parents, camper, and the camp director. If a camper is dismissed for disciplinary reasons, there will be NO REFUND for the unused days.
