Circuit-to-Wellness
Overview
Attention all faculty and staff! Ready to take your fitness to the next step?
If you completed the Walk-to-Wellness program, you may be ready to add resistance training into your routine.
Participants will work out on a predetermined circuit alternating resistance training with aerobic exercise.
Your wellness coach will be in touch with you to schedule your assessments and teach you the exercises.

Wednesday, Jan. 18 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the SRC Maroon Gym.
Program Dates: Monday, Jan. 23 - Friday, March 16 (registration begins Tuesday, Jan. 17)
Circuit times are MW: 7:00-8:00am, M: 5-6pm, and T/Th: 11:30am – 1:00pm
Participants may attend as many or as few sessions as they would like.
Cost: $20 per person
Meet at Racquetball Court #15 (2nd floor at the South end of the hall)
There is no deadline to sign up for Circuit-to-Wellness. However, there is a pre-assessment performed and we recommend that everyone signs up before the actual start date to assure their involvement in the competition.
Once you sign up, you will be contacted to set up a time for your assessment.

FAQ:
-A pre-assessment must be done if the participant wants to compete for the prizes. Your wellness coach will contact you to schedule your pre-assessment time and instructions.
-Participants may come to any combination of the times scheduled, and may alternate days with the walking program.
-Individuals who do not have an SRC membership will only be permitted entry to the SRC during the designated Circuit-to-Wellness times.
-Exercises will be performed in a designated area with your wellness coach available for guidance and assistance.
-Post-assessments will be performed by the same wellness coach in order to track improvements in body composition and performance.
-Prizes available for the following:
1) Most Consistent Participant
2) Greatest Improvements in Assessment Categories
