Testimonials from previous participants
"I enjoyed the freedom to walk at my own pace - and if I was unable to attend a session was still encouraged to keep going."
"Being accountable to show up at a certain time keeps me motivated and disciplined to keep at it. The somewhat competitive nature pushes me to better my mileage."
Detailed description/rules of the competition are as follows:
-Participants may sign up to compete in the group competition or solitary competition (sign up fees differ).
-A pre-assessment must be done if the participant wants to compete for the prizes. Your wellness coach will contact you to schedule your pre-assessment time and instructions.
-Participants will meet at the SRC entrance with their assigned wellness coach at times most convenient for them.
-Walking will be done on the designated outdoor track. You will check in with the wellness coach to log your mileage. .
