Fee Structure

• Student Organizations: $25/hour
• Academic Classes: Dependent on class size (see below)

$30/class (up to 25 participants)
$50/class (26+ participants)

• ASU Program (e.g., Summer Bridge): $25/hour
• Department/Faculty/Staff: $40/hour
• Youth (e.g., llocal elementary school)--please contact stefi@asu.edu to discuss pricing
• Corporate--please contact stefi@asu.edu to discuss pricing

Team Challenge Equipment may be rented by anyone who has been facilitator trained. Costs are included on the inventory checkout sheet. If you are interested in renting equipment, please submit a form online (under facilitator training).

Reservations Form

Please allow 2-3 weeks planning time for effective facilitation.

We try to accommodate groups to the best of our ability. As much information you can provide on our group, helps us design the best program for you.

If any participants are under the age of 18, a parent / legal guardian must sign a consent form PRIOR to the Team Challenge.

Although there are preferences to running a Team Challenge, we are willing to accommodate groups to the best of our ability.

Cancelation Policy

We are excited for the opportunity to work with your group. There are circumstances where Team Challenges must be rescheduled and we are committed to working with your organization to do the best we can to serve you. In an effort to cover costs of our facilitators, reservations, scheduling and administrative services, there is a $20 cancellation fee (or 10% of the entire fee, whichever is greater) associated to Team Challenges that:

Cancellation fees will not be incurred if there is a rescheduling of the Team Challenge prior to 24 hours before the scheduled Team Challenge.

Multiple cancellations will result in a higher cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service.
