ALL LEVELS YOGA – A well-rounded practice which incorporates asana (postures), breathwork, concentration and relaxation. Alignment, proper breathing and awareness are emphasized. All Levels
RESTORATIVE/GENTLE – A slow, soft style of yoga which explores longer holds of each posture with meditation and relaxation to emphasize deeper release in the joints. Length of time in poses and use of props encourages stillness in the body and mind and reduced stiffness in the joints. Perfect for rejuvenation and deep relaxation
FLOW YOGA – A moderately-paced, energizing flow class. Poses are sequenced with the breath and students move from one posture to another in a “flowing” manner to create strength, flexibility and body awareness. Each class includes asana (postures), breathwork, and relaxation. All levels – some sequences may be physically challenging.
POWER YOGA – This challenging and intense class incorporates intermediate and advanced postures and methods of practice. Physical poses and breathwork are included in each class – including a well-deserved final relaxation. Be prepared to sweat and be physically challenged.
