Julie Dreyer
Julie has loved yoga since she discovered the transformational practice in 2001. With the belief that yoga can benefit everyone, she has created classes for many different populations, including her corporate co-workers, pre-natal women, teenagers, kids, seniors, kayakers, surfers, hikers, runners, even couch potatoes. She brings enthusiastic energy to her classes as she encourages fellow yogis to simply "be what they are."
Devon Ryan Polynone
Devon has studied Ballet, Tap, and Jazz dance for over fifteen years; Modern, West African and Middle Eastern dance for more than ten. She has studied at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia , with the local African dance troupe Kwambe Omawale, and with Angelique and friends Belly Dance. In 2000 she lived in Mexico City studying Yoga and natural healing – she is a certified yoga instructor and continues her studies in Anusara – style yoga. Her mission is to share her love for dance and movement with her students.
Danae Robinett
Danae's yoga journey began with a Bikram class in 1999 wherein a brief love affair ensued and from there she began to explore the many other forms of yoga. She completed her formal yoga training in magical Sedona , Arizona and finds such pleasure in sharing her knowledge of yoga with others. Danae radiates a strong sense of vitality and a genuine enthusiasm for others as she recognizes the value in what her students can 'teach' her. She encourages her students to find their authentic self in yoga and to lead with the heart in class and beyond!
Rita Rosenthal
RYT – Rita began studying yoga in 1995 as part of an evolving quest to live an active life. Yoga was a natural fit for her interests in various types of exercise and alternative therapies - in a way that is kind to the body. Rita has a B.A. in Art, a bachelor's equivalency in Exercise Science and P.E., and a M.S. in complementary therapies and self-healing techniques. She utilizes her knowledge, experience, and positive attitude in a fun style to help everybody reach their goals and find empowerment through the beautiful, transforming practice of yoga.
Kathy Tousek
Kathy is passionate about Yoga/Pilates and health in general as a student and instructor. She left Corporate America to pursue the “Health” industry and became a Personal Trainer in 2003. She received her 200 Hour Teacher Training from Chi Yoga Institute, Scottsdale , AZ and is also certified to teach Pilates by NESTA. She loves sharing the benefits of the mind/body connection that both modalities offer. One of her greatest joys is helping people realize more peace, balance, strength and joy in their own lives through the practice of Yoga, Pilates and quiet meditation.
