SDF Instructors
SDF instructors are trained to provide current fitness instruction that will contribute to your health, well-being, and fitness goals in a fun and motivational manner. All have either completed the Learn to Teach Group Fitness program through the SRC or have come to the program with current certifications and experience. Instructors go through monthly training as a staff on new formats and are required to complete regular tests on Kinesiology, Anatomy, and Physiology. All instructors maintain current CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Standard First Aid training (American Red Cross).
