Weight Rooms
We have a 9000 square foot weight room, a 5000 square foot outdoor weight room, and 3000 square foot circuit training room with more than 14 tons of barbells and dumbbells.

* Abdominal machines, physioballs, ab dolleys and ab rollers
* Stretching mats
* 4 multi-cable stations
* More than 10 different leg, back and chest machines
* 10 pieces of Free Motion Equipment.
* Wheelchair accessible Magnum and Freedom machines
* Complete Cybex VR2 circuit
* Workout cards for total body routines, split routines and periodized workout programs
* Handouts and flyers on the latest exercises and trends
* Personal, one on one instruction from knowledgeable and highly experienced personal trainers
Weight Room Policies
1. Athletic shoes are required (no sandals or unprotected footwear).
2. All free weights, dumbbells, and accessories must be re-racked and returned to their proper weight tree or rack after each use.
3. Slamming or dropping weights is prohibited. (If you can lift it, don’t drop it).
4. Book bags, fanny packs, and gym bags must be kept in a coin locker, cubbyhole, or locker in the weight room.
5. Collars are mandatory when using any weight lifting bar.
6. No food or drink may be in the weight room, with the exception of water in a closed container.
7. Personal Training is permitted by authorized SRC employees only.
8. Weight Room Supervisors are available to assist with proper and safe exercise techniques.
9. Patrons are to show courtesy to others that may ask to work out on a machine they may be using.
10. Please do not remove equipment from the weight room or circuit training room without permission.
