Fitness Orientation - Your Compass to Fitness

Not sure how to use our equipment or need help orienting yourself to the SRC? Get a FREE fitness orientation. Participants can make an appointment at any time with a weight room trainer and receive any of the following:

  • Personal Instruction- Meet one-on-one with a weight room supervisor
  • Equipment Selection- Learn proper use of equipment for various muscle groups.
  • Program Design- We will develop an individualized workout for you!
  • Cardiovascular Exercise- Learn to gauge the intensity of your aerobic workouts for optimal performance.
  • Stretch & Flexibility- Learn proper stretches for tight muscles.
  • Guidance & Motivation- Let one of our weight room trainers teach you to take better care of yourself.
