Description: This 6-week class will introduce you to the different styles of belly dance, as well as the confidence to perform one of the oldest forms of dance history.. Learn choreography to perform. Work on style, grace, and attitude. Class will begin with conditioning and work on proper alignment for dance. Come prepared to work hard and have lots of fun!

Instructor: Maryana Riley has been dancing for fifteen years -four of that American Tribal Style. She has studies under such performers as Carolina Nuccio of “Fat Chance Belly Dance”, Paulette Reese Denis of “Gypsy Caravan” and others. She is the founder of Unity in Motion and is currently director of a new community troupe dedicated to sharing music, art, dance and self expression through the many rhythms of life.
Class Materials: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move freely. Participants are encouraged to purchase or make a belt. Instructor will have more information.
