Get Fit ASU

Get Fit ASU is a 5-week small group training program where clients with similar goals and fitness levels meet with their trainer 2 times a week for one hour per session. Each group is limited to 4 clients, so register early to ensure your spot! This is very similar to the Commit to Get fit program but the Get Fit ASU is run by a fitness specialist insted of a personal trainer.
  • To register, go the administration desk located in the front of the SRC. Clients may register individually or with friends.

Strength Training with Stefania 10-11am Monday and Wednesday 4 Spots left! 
Interested in how strength training can help you burn fat?! Stefania will take you though fat burning exercises that will tone your body and increase your overall strength. This class is great for all levels and will help you reach for fitness goals of becoming stronger and burning fat!

Abs and Core With Stefania 5-6pm Tuesday and Thursday 2 Spots Left!!
Do you want to lean new abs exercises and tone up your mid section? Then this is the class for you! Stefania will take you through an hour of hardcore abs and core exercises to increase your core stability and enhance your posture while giving you the tone tight abs you are looking for!!  

Resistance Training and Core with Dominique 5:15-6:15pm Tuesday and Thursday 4 Spots Left! 
Do you want to tone up your body and concentrate on your mid section? Resistance training and core with Dominique will do just that! Learn new exercises and lose weight doing it! All levels welcome!

Fat Burn with Zack 6-7pm Monday and Friday 3 Spots Left!

*Level: All. Is your primary goal to lower your body fat and increase lean body tissue? If so, this is the perfect group to join. Through a series of workouts combining cardio and weights, you will boost your metabolism and get into the fat burning zone. If you are trying to get into great shape but hate the traditional gym workouts, you will love this group. Zack will work you through a combination of aerobic, anaerobic, and resistance training to push your body to it’s maximum potential. Each workout is different, so you will never be bored!
