Facility Rentals

Many of our facilities are available to rent for events, tournaments, conferences, classes, and other occasions. Facilities which may be available include the swimming pool, gyms, multi-purpose fitness rooms, classrooms, racquetball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts and fields.

Reservation Inquiry

To begin the rental process, please send an email inquiry to src.reservation@asu.edu.

Include the following information:

  • Fax # (if applicable):
  • Purpose of event:
  • Number of participants:
  • Type of participants: ASU students or other
  • Equipment requested:
  • Set-up requested:
  • Plan to serve food, if so, what?

Please make requests at least two weeks prior to event date. Requests made inside of two weeks may not be considered.

Pool Reservation Inquiry

Looking for something different to do with your student organization, department or group? Why not rent out the pool at the SRC? Cost depends on the area of pool rental and additional staffing necessary. Please ontact Justin Kern at 480-965-8924 or Justin.Kern@asu.edu. for more information.

Rental Guidelines

  1. Reservations must be submitted to src.reservation@asu.edu
  2. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
  3. Food must be approved by the SRC.
  4. An agreement, or contract, must be signed by both parties. Required before reservation is considered officially reserved.
  5. Exact details of the event must be approved by the SRC. Required before reservation is considered officially reserved.
  6. A deposit, if necessary according to agreement or contract, must be received by specified date. Required before reservation is considered officially reserved.
  7. In addition to the rental fee, additional cost may be associated to the event for set-up, security, site supervisors and clean-up.
  8. Cancellation, less than 72 hours, prior to the event, may result in additional fines.
  9. The SRC reserves the right to cancel the event based on inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  10. Non-University Groups are required to provide a $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance listing Arizona State University, the Arizona Board of Regents, and the State of Arizona as additional insurers.
  11. ASU student organizations* or departments, must understand and complete the “Guidelines for Major Event/Dances” form when requesting space for a Major Event/Dance. Please visit www.asu.edu/clubs for information.
  12. All Major Event/Dances are subject for review by ASU Public Events, ASU Student Life Office and/or ASU Risk Management.

* All ASU organizations must be registered at the SDIC located on the 3rd floor of the Memorial Union. Student Organizations may only reserve up to two dates a semester.
