Equipment Rental
Equipment Rental Policies
1. You must have a valid ASU ID Card to check out equipment, your ID card is scanned and returned to you.
2. General equipment rental is $1 per item. Weight belts, medicine balls and racquetball goggles are checked out free of charge.
3. You may only rent out enough equipment to play the sport you are participating in. (i.e. 1 basketball, 2 racquets, etc.)
4. Any equipment checked out under your account becomes your responsibility and must be returned by you.
5. It is the responsibility of the patron to inspect equipment being rented to them for any previous damage.
6. Any damage incurred beyond normal wear and tear (ie. bent/broken racquets) will be assessed a replacement fee. Damage is assessed upon the return of the equipment to the SRC Equipment Room.
7. All equipment checked out or rented on a daily basis must be returned to the Equipment Room 30 minutes before closing time
8. All late, lost, or damaged equipment is subject to a fine.
9. Guests of the SRC do not have the ability to rent equipment.

Event Rentals
If you need recreational equipment for an event and want to reserve it, please fill out the Event Rental Request Form at the SRC Equipment Room. Specify the amount of equipment you need.
All Event Rentals are $2 per day per piece of equipment.
Standard late/lost/damaged fees apply.
Backpack Rental
All outdoor recreation backpacks can be checked out for up to 7 days for a $10.00 fee. You must fill out a backapck rental form before renting the equipment. Late and damaged fees will be assessed at the time of return.
Lost and Found
1. All lost and found items are retained at the Equipment Room, with the exception of valuables. Valuables are kept at Administrative Services, located in the SRC front lobby.
2. Unclaimed items are donated to a charity on the 1st of every month.
3. All found IDs are taken to the Memorial Union Information Desk (located on the main level) at the start of each business day.
