On August 21, 1989, Arizona State University demonstrated their dedication to healthy lifestyles and exercise by opening the Student Recreation Complex. The SRC, as it is now known, consists of 135,000 sq. ft. of indoors activity space, as well as, various outdoor fields and court space. The SRC is intended for the use of the ASU community and offers a variety of memberships.
